• All prices are per adult and per day.
• Overnight stay with breakfast: deduction of 5.00 € per person and per night.
• Plus 3.50 € tourist tax* per person (from 14 years) and day, which is paid on site
  *legally prescribed tourism tax (“Gemeindeaufenthaltsabgabe”, LG No. 9 of 16.05.2012).
• Reduced children’s prices valid from 2 full-paying adults* per suite
  * or 4 full-paying adults in the Suite Fameli Loft and the Dolce Vita Apartment

• The reservation is only valid with written confirmation from the hotel
• Deposit to confirm the reservation: 30% of the total amount via bank transfer or online payment with credit card

The following methods are accepted for payment of the hotel bill: Cash (amounts up to 4,999.00 €), EC cards, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Bank transfers at least 5 days before departure.

There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the Consumer Protection Code* – nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions.
Cancellations are only valid if made in writing to info@fameli.it.

• Up to 31 days before arrival: the deposit will be credited for the next stay
• 30-15 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained
• 14-0 days before arrival: 100% of all booked days will be charged
• In case of late arrival, early departure or no show, 100% of all booked days will be charged (minus the deposit)
• Services not used, especially meals, will not be refunded
• 24-0 hours before spa treatment: 100% of the service will be charged

*Notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)

3.00 € per person and booked day of holiday.

• Fameli travel cancellation insurance is taken out upon payment of the deposit
• Cancellation of the booking free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival (2 p.m.), the deposit will be credited for the next stay
• Valid in case of illness, accident with hospitalization, significant material damage (due to fire or theft) to the property (house, flat) of the persons travelling with you (only with a certificate from the attending doctor or the law enforcement officer)
• In the event of non-compliance with the deadline, the cancellation conditions above apply

• Check-in from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival
• Early Check-in before 2 p.m. (including breakfast, kids’ lunch, spa, Kids Area):
  25.00 € / adult + 18.00 € / child (up to 13 years)
• Early Check-in before 2 p.m. (including kids’ lunch, spa, Kids Area):
  10.00 € / adult + 10.00 € / child (up to 13 years)
• If you arrive later than 8 p.m., please let us know by phone
• Check-out until 11 a.m. on the day of departure
• Late check-out until 6 p.m. (including kids’ lunch, snack, spa, Kids Area):
  15.00 € / adult + 15.00 € / child (up to 13 years)
• Depending on availability: late check-out with use of the suite until 6 p.m. (including kids’ lunch, snack, spa, Kids Area): 110.00 € / suite

• Dogs are welcome, but not all breeds (please enquire directly with us)
• 20.00 € – 25.00 € per dog (depending on kilogram) without food
• Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, pool and spa area, Kids Area and garden
• The dog owner is liable for any damage to the furniture
• We reserve the right to charge 55.00 € for a possible final cleaning

• Opening hours
  • The Kids Area is supervised from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and from Saturday to Sunday
  • From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Outside opening hours, children can also play in the Kids Area without a supervisor
  • The Kids Area is not supervised when activities are taking place outside
• Registration
  • The Kids Area is supervised for children from 2 years of age
• Meals
  • Daily choice of dinner and lunch with parents or in the Kids Area with a supervisor. In summer, meals are eaten outside in the garden
  • Mealtimes with parents: 12 a.m.-2 p.m. and 7 p.m.-8.30 p.m.
  • Kids Area mealtimes: 12.30 p.m. and 6.45 p.m. (During these times the Kids Area is closed for children who do not eat)
  • Registration takes place at the breakfast table
• Do not forget: Additional information
  • Please bring the following for your kids: A bottle, a change of clothes, a jacket and shoes for outside
  • Unfortunately, kids with a cough, cold or fever are not allowed in the Kids Area. We ask for your understanding
  • Should our experienced supervisors consider it appropriate to contact the parents (e.g., if the child feels unwell for a longer period of time), we ask the parents to accept this decision and to pick up the kid as soon as possible
