Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the Consumer Protection Code* – nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions.
Cancellations are only valid if made in writing to info@fameli.it.
- Up to 31 days before arrival: the deposit will be credited for the next stay
- 30-15 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained
- 14-0 days before arrival: 100% of all booked days will be charged
- In case of late arrival, early departure or no show, 100% of all booked days will be charged (minus the deposit)
- Services not used, especially meals, will not be refunded
- 24-0 hours before spa treatment: 100% of the service will be charged
*Notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)
Fameli travel cancellation insurance
3.00 € per person and booked day of holiday.
- Fameli travel cancellation insurance is taken out upon payment of the deposit
- Cancellation of the booking free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival (2 p.m.), the deposit will be credited for the next stay
- Valid in case of illness, accident with hospitalization, significant material damage (due to fire or theft) to the property (house, flat) of the persons travelling with you (only with a certificate from the attending doctor or the law enforcement officer)
- In the event of non-compliance with the deadline, the cancellation conditions above apply
